This privacy policy, which is legally binding Agreement between you and INT Group of companies through click-wrap contract, provides details of both the parties rights and obligations regarding data being collected by us of different nature, purposes of such data collection, your right vis-a-vis such data collection, and how we ensure your privacy is maintained etc.

Any word of this policy defined under the definition section shall have the meaning provided herein, disregarding any contradictory definitions provided in any other legal/ other documents/ prevailing understanding of common people.


DEFINITIONS

  • A. GDPR KEY DEFINITIONS:
    • REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of NATURAL PERSONS with regard to the processing of PERSONAL DATA and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

      • Consent:

        CONSENT means a clear affirmative act establishing a freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the website user’s agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her, such as by a written statement, including by electronic means, or an oral statement.

      • Data Controller

        A DATA CONTROLLER is a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data for which and the manner in which any personal data are, or are to be, processed.

      • Data Processor

        A DATA PROCESSOR is a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller.

        Predominant objective of this protection is as follows:

        • Natural persons should have control of their own personal data;

      • Online Identifier

        Natural persons may be associated with online identifiers provided by their devices, applications, tools and protocols, such as internet protocol addresses, cookie identifiers or other identifiers such as radio frequency identification tags. This may leave traces which, in particular when combined with unique identifiers and other information received by the servers, may be used to create profiles of the natural persons and identify them.

      • Personal Data

        Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

      And shall include all their successors, acquirers, administrators and executors etc. as may be applicable from time to time and duly updated on this website.
